Green Park's C-Suite report gives leaders not only a clearer sense of what their peers are prioritising, but also a sharper lens through which to assess their own organisation’s readiness for what comes next.

As Green Park enters its twentieth year, we are increasingly clear about the questions that matter most to senior leaders. Across sectors and geographies, the C-Suite is operating in a climate shaped by tighter margins, faster scrutiny, more asymmetric workforces, and a level of complexity that makes old assumptions feel unreliable.

This research is designed to understand how 14,000 leaders are responding to that reality. It looks at three areas that now sit close to the top of the executive agenda: growth priorities, the practical role of AI, and the changing demands being placed on C-Suite leadership itself. What emerges is not a picture of leaders chasing abstract trends. It is a picture of executives trying to make sound decisions in an environment where performance, trust, innovation, and retention are increasingly intertwined. Growth remains the priority, but growth now depends on much more than commercial ambition alone. It depends on having the right leadership capacity, the right judgement, the right culture, and the ability to adapt faster than the market around you.

The findings also reinforce something we see every day in our own work: organisations are not struggling because they lack data or intent.

They are struggling because they are often trying to solve modern problems with legacy assumptions about talent, about technology, about leadership, and about what people need to perform at their best.

We hope this report gives leaders not only a clearer sense of what their peers are prioritising, but also a sharper lens through which to assess their own organisation’s readiness for what comes next.

At Green Park, we believe leadership decisions shape far more than structures and strategy. They shape confidence, momentum, and the conditions in which people and organisations can grow.

That is why understanding C-Suite priorities matters not as an academic exercise, but as a practical guide to better judgment and better search results.
