Olivia Britz serves as a Director within Green Park's Technology and Digital Executive Search Practice. With nearly a decade of invaluable Executive Search experience, Liv has effectively collaborated with a diverse array of clients across most sectors on a global scale, strategically placing some of the world's foremost technology and digital industry leaders. She has diligently cultivated a robust C-Suite network specializing in Technology, Digital, Data, and Information Security. Throughout her professional journey, she maintains close partnerships with her clients, fostering innovative thinking that results in more competitive talent solutions.
Prior to Green Park, she undertook the task of establishing and expanding the Technology and Digital practice for a boutique Executive Search firm. Here, she successfully positioned leaders within the Travel & Hospitality, Retail, and FMCG sectors. Liv passionately champions the bringing together of exceptional individuals with distinguished businesses, with a particular dedication to advancing and promoting the inclusion of women in the professional sphere.
Before embarking on her recruitment career, Liv dedicated two years to international experiences, including work in the Mediterranean region and service for a non-governmental organization in Delhi, India. She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of York, complemented by a diploma from the esteemed Chelsea College of Art.
