Kimberley Moyo
Researcher
Kimberley Moyo is a Researcher in Green Park’s Civil Society and Government Practice. Kimberley brings experience working as a Research Associate in the Higher Education space and prior to joining Green Park in October 2022, Kimberley worked in the Healthcare Sector as a Procurement and Coordination Lead for a regional healthcare provider.
Kimberley completed an MA in Education Policy and Society and holds a BA in International Political Economy, both from King’s College London. During her time at King’s College, Kimberley co-founded a start-up called Creatimatch, a skills and ideas matching platform that promoted student entrepreneurship in the UK’s Higher Education Institutions. Through Creatimatch, Kimberley was a successful finalist in a number of start-up competitions such as Young Start Up Talent and StartUp Talent and was invited to the House of Lords as having one of the best business ideas at King’s College in 2019.
Green Park’s mission to champion diversity in leadership is what attracted Kimberley to Green Park. For Kimberley, Green Park is an executive search firm that does not just pay lip-service to the issues that are affecting leadership in Civil Society and Government but is an organisation that takes proactive steps to challenge the lack of diversity in some of the most important sectors in our society.
