Graeme Fancourt
Associate Partner
Graeme Fancourt is an Associate Partner in Green Park’s Civil Society and Government practice. He has 25 years’ experience of working and leading in local, national, and international charities and faith-based organisations. He has also worked as an organisational and leadership consultant and executive coach with clients including Lloyd’s Bank Foundation, Local Trust, and Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. Working across the full range of civil society practice, he brings expertise in supporting organisations through recruitment and periods of complex change.
To develop his practice Graeme qualified as an Executive Coach through Henley Business School, and also studied for a doctorate at Durham University to explore the impacts of social change on identity and belonging. This learning sharpens his understanding of the challenges faced by civil society organisations, deepening the richness of the work he does with his clients. He has also lectured on these topics across the UK, as well as in Germany, the US, and India.
I know first-hand that recruiting leadership well is a key lever that makes a positive and lasting difference to civil society organisations functioning in a world that continues to be unpredictable.
