This workshop was an introduction to the Allyship Development Programme for Leaders, developed by Green Park’s Diversity, Inclusion, Culture and Ethics (DICE) Consultancy Practice, and presented by Yael Nevo; Senior Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Consultant.
Through Allyship Development Programmes, Green Park aim to empower leaders to build stronger cultural connections with their teams and drive greater accountability for positive change, thereby promoting equity and equality within their own workplaces.
