In September 2023, Green Park delivered a virtual session to Progress Together members as part of our ongoing commitment to drive diversity, equity and inclusion across UK workplaces, including promoting social mobility across the corporate sector.
This article outlines the key takeaways from the virtual workshop: Leaders as Allies, Driving Actions for Change and Building Greater Accountability for DEI.
This workshop was an introduction to the Allyship Development Programme for Leaders, developed by Green Park’s Diversity, Inclusion, Culture and Ethics (DICE) Consultancy Practice, and presented by Yael Nevo; Senior Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Consultant.
Through Allyship Development Programmes, Green Park aim to empower leaders to build stronger cultural connections with their teams and drive greater accountability for positive change, thereby promoting equity and equality within their own workplaces.
