Our Experts
Senior Consultant
Molly Hugh is a Senior Consultant within the Diversity, Inclusion, Culture & Ethics (DICE) practice at Green Park. With a background in gender and equity studies, Molly specialises in LGBTQIA+ inclusion, gender-based violence and intersectional theory.
Within the DICE practice, Molly leads on many of our Audit & Diagnostics workstreams, supporting organisations in understanding the lived experiences of employees and defining the actions needed to mitigate against any barriers identified. She also advises clients on developing impactful strategies which integrate employee voices into wider decision-making.
Molly also delivers on our Inclusive Leadership Development Programmes, facilitating open conversations and encouraging participants to reflect on their own privilege dynamics and personal frames of reference.
Molly graduated from UCL with a First Class degree, a departmental award for academic excellence, and a place on the Dean’s List. She then went on to complete her Master’s degree in Gender Studies at the London School of Economics and Political Science, graduating with a Distinction. Molly has also worked for multiple charities and NGOs, raising awareness about sex education and supporting migrants in London.
Within the DICE practice, we position ourselves as an impartial conduit between senior teams and the broader workforce, supporting leaders to gain insights into the lived experiences and challenges of employees. This enables us to create bespoke solutions which target the root cause of any disproportionality which might exist. Driving integrity is key to our proposition.
