How Do Leaders Create a Purpose Driven Workplace and Reduce Attrition?
Green Park’s first inaugural Global Talent Conference was held 20-21 September 2023 with the objective of facilitating interesting discussions, shared learnings, and insights from a wide range of experts who operate within the talent space. We have produced a series of takaways for each session, for your convenience.
The third track of the conference took a look at the question "Is Leadership the Key to Unlocking the Diversity Dividend?".
