Green Park is committed to creating a sustainable, equitable future through a wide variety of actions and initiatives targeting environmental, social and economic sustainability. This is part of our ambition to positively impact our communities and drive long-term change.
We want to leave our customers, networks and communities better off and create a future where everyone has the potential to succeed. From improving our planet by reducing our carbon footprint, to providing free tools and resources to tackle race inequality, we are driving change for good.
Since our inception, we have taken a sustainable recruitment approach with a view that leadership and culture cannot be changed with a single hire. We consistently out-perform the industry in placing diverse leaders by working closely with our clients along their transformation journey, using integrated services across talent acquisition and consultancy, creating truly inclusive cultures.

Environmental Sustainability
Just as we future proof businesses, for years we have been future proofing our planet through our Plant for a Placement initiative. We have partnered with organisations to plant a tree for every placement made, cultivating lasting change by creating healthier environments and reducing our carbon footprint.
We have also committed to achieving Net Zero Emissions from our operations and supply chains by 2050. As a key corporate objective, we are constantly innovating and reviewing our processes to ensure we are reducing our carbon footprint and leaving the world a better place.
Alongside our environmental commitments, Green Park is deeply passionate about creating a more equitable society. Our executive search practice have been responsible for advocating and championing the acceleration of high-calibre diverse leaders into some of the most senior executive and board positions. While our original thought leadership and data insights have helped shine a light on the current state of diversity in the top echelons of the corporate sectors.
In 2020 Green Park co-founded Race Equality Matters, a not-for-profit that proactively promotes useful intelligence and co-creates impact-driven solutions through a UK-wide collaboration of over 4,500 organistions, race networks, individuals and change agents. We believe there should be no barriers or excuses for organisations to drive positive change, therefore Race Equality Matters provides free, practical initiatives and insight to help all organisations make a difference no matter their size, budgets or structure.

Institutionalising Inclusion
Through the Green Park Foundation, we work with grassroot organisations to improve the lives of young people and create more sustainable, equitable environment that nurtures both aspiration and opportunity. As part of our commitment, we aim to deliver £1million of social value per annum.
Extending our reach beyond the workplace, we are involved with several initiatives that look to drive inclusion through sports, particularly for children and young people from under privileged backgrounds. As members of the Heaven Help Us Cricket Club, we encourage leadership, friendship and teamwork through the medium of sport while working with charities with an emphasis on refugee rights and children in conflict zones and refugee camps.
To further help galvanise the talent pipeline of diverse candidates, Green Park offers a History Scholarship for postgraduate ethnic minority students at Sommerville College, University of Oxford. This scholarship aims to help build a strong and diverse leadership pipeline that will become the robust, inclusive and representative board of tomorrow.
