Our recent research into FTSE 100 companies in the technology sector showed that there are currently no BAME leaders at Top 20 level. The proportion of the talent pipeline that supplies the Top 20 held by BAME leaders had dropped to just under 5%, and over the past three years, the number of female leaders had also steadily decreased.
