Managing Director and Chief Growth Officer
Warwick Stacey joined Green Park as Chief Growth Officer in March 2024, bringing over 25 years’ experience within Executive Search. He leads the Executive Interim Team and the Diversity, Inclusion, Culture and Ethics (DICE) consultancy practice.
Prior to joining Green Park, Warwick spent 20 years with Wilton & Bain. As a founding Partner and part of the leadership team, he was responsible for building the business into one of the leading global boutiques, with offices in London, New York, Austin and Toronto. As part of the leadership team, he led the part sale of the business to an investor, Beachbrook Capital, in 2017 and then again in 2022, whereupon he left the firm.
Since leaving Wilton & Bain, he has helped set an investment club, FPIC. The club now has over 70 members. Specialising in investing in small and start-up businesses, the club has to date invested over £6M and is helping those businesses realise their growth objectives and potential.
Warwick holds an Archaeology degree, BSc from Leeds University.
