Head of Research
Victoria is the Head of Research for the Civil Society and Government Practice at Green Park. She brings over five years’ experience working in executive search across Senior and Board level appointments.
Prior to joining Green Park, Victoria was part of a specialist public sector search firm where she supported complex searches for not for profit and education clients. Before this she supported the executive search team within a global education organisation and her search career started with a small charity and not for profit firm where she specialised in education focused roles both in the UK and internationally.
In Victoria’s early career she worked internationally in libraries and schools, having studied her undergraduate degree at the University of Glasgow and continued her studies at the University of Auckland and Beijing Language and Culture University.
Victoria’s enthusiasm for research draws on a combination of intellectual curiosity, systems thinking and interest in people and their achievements.
I chose to work for Green Park because I wanted to join a team that was passionate and committed. Here, we challenge our clients to think differently, driving positive change in the sector.
