Valentina Serra
Consultant
Valentina is a Delivery Consultant in the Civil Society & Government practice at Green Park and brings seven years of senior level executive search experience working across board and executive appointments.
Prior to joining Green Park, Valentina supported the delivery of education and not for profit mandates in a specialist public sector search firm. Previously, she was part of a boutique company assisting higher education clients on senior academic, professional services and non-executive appointments. Valentina started her career in executive search working in an international firm, identifying and attracting global candidates for INGOs, philanthropic foundations, social enterprises and think tanks in the UK and internationally.
Valentina has a BA in Political Science and an MA in Comparative Politics and Institutions from the University of Milan and an MSc in Government, Policy and Politics from Birkbeck, University of London.
