Green Park Foundation Unites UK Faith Leaders and ECB Behind Initiative to Eliminate Discrimination and Promote Inclusivity in Cricket
Sarah Flavell is a Senior Consultant in Green Park’s Consultancy and Leadership Services Practice. With a background in Occupational Psychology, Sarah is an experienced Talent Consultant and specialist in Assessment Services. She has a particular focus on the use of psychometric assessments to increase objectivity and reduce bias in the recruitment and development of senior leaders.
Prior to joining Green Park, Sarah has worked with a wide range of organisations crossing the private and public sector. Most recently, she led the Executive Profiling service at a UK Executive Search firm, advising clients on the best practice usage of psychometrics and other behavioural assessment tools as part of recruitment processes for Executive Directors and Chief Executives as well as leadership development and high potential identification and development.
Sarah graduated from Lancaster University with a degree in Psychology, before completing her Master’s degree in Organisational Psychology at Manchester Business School.
