Richard Baker

Richard Baker is a Partner at Green Park Executive Search and is a specialist in senior finance appointments. Richard has nearly 30 years experience in the recruitment industry primarily focused on the finance function. At Green Park, he will focus on working with Boards , CEO’s and investors in attracting, developing and retaining CFO’s and other senior finance executives.

A qualified Chartered Management Accountant, Richard began his career in finance for a manufacturing business before moving to Whitbread plc where his career progressed to a leadership role in mainland Europe within their German operations. Deciding on a career change, Richard then transitioned into the recruitment sector where he has led numerous teams across many geographies and areas of expertise creating high performing business units and has himself completed a vast number of executive search campaigns at a senior level within the finance and other corporate functions.
