Rachel is an Associate Partner in Green Park’s Retail & Consumer Practice. She brings over 18 years’ international Executive Search experience, spanning a number of markets with particular focus on the retail, consumer and hospitality sectors. In addition to C-suite appointments, her expertise and experience extends across several functional disciplines including Commercial, Finance, Digital and Marketing.
Prior to joining Green Park she worked as a Consultant at Clarity Search Ltd specialising in the UK and international retail and consumer sector with a particular emphasis on brands, luxury goods, high street retail, fashion and accessories. With a diverse functional focus, Rachel successfully placed senior leadership roles in general management, digital, retail operations, buying & merchandising, finance, human resources and supply chain. Rachel's executive search experience also includes roles at Odgers Berndston, Heidrick & Struggles and TMP Worldwide.
Rachel has a particular interest in the convergence of retail and technology and works with many of Green Park’s clients in exploring the impact of this change on structure, capability and organisational design. The need for sector-wide transformation has been central to her recent research and involvement in Green Park’s Retail Leadership DNA Series, underpinning which is the astonishing lack of diversity within retail’s leadership teams. Rachel is passionate about championing diversity and driving action through analysis and insights that explore market trends and emerging best practice.
