Philippa Futter is a Director at Green Park, leading Executive Interim’s Financial Officers Practice.
With Philippa’s distinct and passionate focus on leadership, for over two decades, she has delivered executive level talent for Private and PE-backed businesses. Philippa’s transformative mindset has enabled her success in placing C-suite leaders and building their direct teams beneath.
She is recognised as an expert in delivering Executive Interim solutions for her clients, including CFOs, Divisional Finance Directors, Group/Divisional Heads of Financial Control, FP&A, Tax and Treasury. In addition, she draws upon her considerable background in recruiting across Transformation, Technology and Operations.
Over the many years, Philippa has built up a substantial network of trusted clients and candidates who value her human-centred passion, recognise her empathy, integrity, and dedication to delivering success in every one of her searches.
