Paul is a Director within Green Park’s Public-Sector Search Practice where his focus is on appointing to Senior Executive and Non-Executive Director/Chair positions within Central Government, Regional and Local Government.
Paul’s early career was spent in investment banking and then the Ministry of Defence he has over 30 years’ consulting experience, having operated at Director-level for a range of organisations from start-ups through to major multi-nationals.
Accredited across a range of psychometric measures, Paul has successfully designed and delivered executive search, assessment, development and transformation programmes for public sector organisations both in the UK and internationally across a number of vertical functions including digital, finance, IT, procurement, engineering, education and HR.
Up to 2016, Paul spent 3 years as Client Relationship Director – Government with a global brief to deliver the SaaS Smarter workforce agenda for one of the world’s leading organisations.
Paul is passionate in ensuring the fairness and objectivity of talent search programmes in order to maximise the diversity and social mobility of talent pools and the opportunity to unearth hidden or latent candidate strengths. Allied to this, Paul has previously written Home Office policy on the fair and objective assessment of candidates with special needs to ensure maximum representation of this group.
