Delivery Consultant
Monica joined Green Park in March 2022 as a Delivery Consultant for the Private Practice. She brings over six years of experience working in international executive search across Mid- to Senior-level appointments.
Previously, Monica worked for a boutique executive search consultancy where she gained experience working on international assignments with multinationals, midcaps and PE-backed companies. Her focus was on finding exceptional talent for those critical roles that are particularly difficult to fill across different functions and industries, with particular attention to the healthcare, consumer and financial services sectors.
Before relocating to the UK, Monica’s earlier career was in banking. She trained as a currency trader and then worked for several years as a Market Economist for a leading South African bank.
Monica holds a BCom in Economics from the University of South Africa and has CIPD level 5 qualification. She chose to join Green Park as she is motivated by the company’s mission to build a reputation for ethical, inclusive, fair and transparent practices. Monica recognises the potential in individuals and is passionate about creating valued partnerships with both clients and candidates, and helping businesses strengthen their talent.
