Lubna Haq is a Director in Green Park’s Consultancy and Leadership Services Practice. Lubna’s background is in equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) and she brings significant senior level experience to the role through a career working as a strategic leadership and business consultant and coach with top teams, senior leaders and Boards.
Prior to joining Green Park, Lubna spent a year with a health regulator to develop their EDI strategy and programme of work. Before this she worked in a range of consulting businesses and has a track record as a trail blazing corporate leader driving change and business growth. With inclusivity at the fore, she has led on assessment, coaching, talent management, the innovative design of leadership programmes, and the delivery of major complex projects. Lubna has a deep expertise in the public sector, especially the NHS having developed many award-winning national leadership programmes.
Earlier in her career, Lubna led teams in local government and the voluntary sector to integrate good EDI practice and establish proactive relationships engaging and involving local communities in decision making.
