Johan is a Senior Consultant with Green Park’s Diversity, Inclusion, Culture and Ethics (DICE) Consultancy Practice. He specialises in helping existing and new clients achieve greater diversity and inclusion (D&I).
With extensive experience of working with organisations across the private, public and charity sectors, Johan has built up significant expertise and a strong skillset in D&I.
He has worked with a wide range of organisations including major financial institutions such as State Street, pharmaceutical companies like AstraZeneca, public sector and not for profit bodies including Ofgem and Luminate. His work with these organisations includes delivering D&I diagnostics and audits, developing D&I strategy, delivering inclusive leadership development and executive coaching sessions and devising organisational development and strategic communications.
Johan is on the Board of Trustees for Make Shift Foundation which works to widen access to enterprise and employment opportunities. Johan has previously held leadership roles at Ambition Institute, the Equality and Human Rights Commission and TfL. He started his career in campaigning on diversity and inclusion issues, developing national campaigns for Stonewall and Citizens Advice.
