James May joined Green Park as a Director working with our People Solutions Practice and wider Green Park business to help existing and new clients solve their talent challenges by providing innovative and agile recruitment solutions.
James has managed the operations, transformation and business development functions for leading providers of human capital solutions. He has strong experience of designing local and global managed service and outsourcing programmes for both contingent and permanent hiring to a number of FTSE 250 organisations. James has worked with clients across multiple sectors, namely defence, telecommunications, retail, financial services and technology.
Prior to joining Green Park, James was Vice President, Client Solutions for a leading global recruitment outsourcing organisation.
