Emma has worked in the fields of Talent, People and C level Executive Search for fifteen years and is a subject matter specialist in the fields of central government, transport, regeneration, infrastructure and urbanism.
Emma joined Green Park in 2015 to focus on developing its Public Sector Board and NED Search Practice and has worked extensively over the past three years to craft and deliver Green Park’s innovative recruitment solutions for boards and high-profile public bodies, delivering market-leading diverse board compositions across all campaigns.
As a member of the Public Sector Search Practice Emma has delivered Board changes of significant scale within the Greater London region including Transport for London, Network Rail, the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime, London Legacy Development Corporation and Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation. She has also successfully delivered Chair appointments for major regional infrastructure projects including the London Stansted Corridor Consortium and the Harlow and Gilston Garden Town Trust.
Emma is passionate about helping move the dial on the debate around diversity around the Boardroom table. Her career has spanned the private and public sectors and she has worked in both London and Hong Kong.
