Senior Client Partnerships Lead | People Solutions

Dominic Tivey is a Senior Client Partnerships Lead within Green Park’s People Solutions Practice which offers a consultative, outcome based and diversity led offering to the market. Dominic is responsible for the development of key stakeholder relationships and outsourced contract opportunities oriented by organisational change and resourcing programmes. He focuses on working with Public Sector organisations, including major Central Government Departments, Agencies and the wider Non-profit and Private Sectors alongside.

Prior to joining Green Park, Dominic spent 5 years in a FTSE listed recruitment business, Michael Page, where he successfully helped to shape their national public sector identity, proposition and project managed services to become a market leader for campaign recruitment across corporate services categories. As part of this Dominic had been responsible for the development, coordination and structuring of several key Government department volume recruitment projects and bespoke outsourced solutions and had previously been heavily involved with recruitment delivery. Dominic has a Humanities Degree in English & Philosophy and is passionate about a Client Partnership focused role given the need for an increasingly refined and tailored service and proposition for our client base.
