Dan Richards is a Partner in Green Park's Private Sector Practice. With over 25 years experience in executive recruitment across most industries and functions including professional services, financial services, talent and HR, legal, risk and compliance. He is also Lead Partner in Green Park's Board practice.
Dan is a recognised talent and D&I expert having directed EY’s award-winning resourcing teams for over a decade as a key member of EY’s Talent Executive which led on key D&I programmes which disrupted the market successfully.
Previously, Dan was a VP with a global executive search firm and led client executive resourcing teams for a leading RPO business and Prudential and Zurich.
He is member of the EY Foundation’s Board and on the Leadership Council of the RL100. He is a qualified lawyer and an accredited executive coach.
