Senior operations executive
Charlotte Roper is our Operations Executive within the interim practice, Starting her career as an apprentice, bringing over five years of experience in operations and compliance. Charlotte’s dedication and attention to detail has led her to be a vital member of the team.
In her role, Charlotte manages key aspects of candidate care, ensuring a good experience for both candidates and clients. She is responsible for obtaining necessary compliance documents, raising contracts, and overseeing that our interim processes align with industry standards.
