Ben Parsonage is a Consultant with Green Park’s Public Sector Executive Search Practice, specialising in the local government & health markets. He focuses on corporate services appointments and supports authorities in building diverse senior leadership teams with a long-term focus on what will help them succeed tomorrow, as well as today.
With over 16 years’ experience, Ben has delivered executive search mandates and placed senior finance & resources professionals into the public and third sectors nationally, with particular focus on local authorities, social housing & government bodies. He joined Green Park from Baltimore Consulting Limited where he held the role of Executive Relationship Manager, before being named Head of Executive Search. During this time he was responsible for maximising customer relationships and expanding the client portfolio through the cultivation of candidate and client networks and the identification of opportunities for value-adding services.
Prior to this he was a specialist finance recruiter for a search firm specialising in finance, marketing and digital recruitment, and before that as Business Manager, Consultancy, Strategy & Change at recruitment consultancy Michael Page.
