Baljit Dhadda

Baljit Dhadda is a Director in Green Park's Civil Society and Government Practice leading the Higher Education, Innovation, STEM and Public Sector Enterprise Functions. Baljit brings 18 years experience to the team working in leading Executive Search firms across Education, Innovation and Public Sector Enterprise markets. In addition to this, she brings expertise across economic, physical and community regeneration markets.

Prior to joining Green Park Baljit ran a boutique search firm with a focus on STEM, Innovation and Public Sector Enterprise. Passionate about changing the world for the better, she is drawn to impact-driven leadership and Tech for Good. Baljit has led many high-profile CEO and Board appointments and also serves on the Executive Board as a Trustee for Coventry City of Culture Trust.

Baljit holds a BA (History/Politics) and MA (Gender and International Development) both from the University of Warwick, and a PhD from the University of London.
