Ade is a experienced Diversity and Inclusion professional within the DICE (Diversity, Inclusion, Culture and Ethics) consultancy practice at Green Park. Ade is a Senior Consultant within the practice and has years of experience creating and chairing an ERG at her last place of work, as well as sitting on their Diversity and Inclusion steering committee, where she was a key driver in implementing key initiatives for positive change across the organisation.
She is passionate Diversity and Inclusion specialist who thrives in helping brands improve in this area. She is known for always expressing the importance of brand authenticity and this is what drove her to join the DICE consultancy practice at Green Park. Having previously worked at an organisation that was heavily involved in helping brands with their D&I needs and strategy, Ade transitioned to Green Park based on their proven track record for helping brands improve greatly in the area of Diversity and Inclusion.
Ade holds a degree in Communication Studies and has a proven track record of being a proactive and effective communicator.
