2023
Green Park awarded the People’s Platform Award for 2023, which exclusively recognises companies at the forefront of workplace culture and employee innovation.
Held the first ever Green Park Global Talent Conference, which featured 30 expert speakers and attracted 900+ registered attendees from 49 countries.
New partnership with Play It Green which resulted in the planting of 14,508 trees in the Green Park Forest Garden.
2022
Green Park Chairman, Trevor Phillips receives Knighthood in New Years Honours List 2022 in recognition of his service to equality and human rights.
Chaired by Colin Salmon, the Green Park Foundation is launched to make a lasting impact on our society and our communities with an aim to deliver £1million of social value per annum.
2021
Green Park launches their Consultancy & Leadership Services Practice providing a wide range of tools to help clients create more inclusive talent practices and high-perofming cultures. Partnering with InterSearch, Green Park increases its global reach and building on its ability to provide tailored solutions to clients cross boarder search objectives. Driving change domestically, Race Equality Matters launches the UK’s first ever Race Equality Week, providing free resources and support to over 2,500 organisations.
2020
Baroness Helena Morrissey DBE joins the Green Park Board as Non-Executive Director bring extensive business and campaigning expertise as the Founder of the 30% Club and career in investment management.
Green Park Co-Founds not-for-profit Race Equality Matters in response to the Black Lives Matter movement and the disproportionate affect of COVID-19 on ethnic minority communities. Race Equality Matters begins collaborating and co-creating free solutions to tackle race inequality in the workplace.
Working with the University of Oxford, Green Park sponsors a Master’s scholarship for a postgraduate student from an ethnic minority background to help talented, diverse leaders to take their rightful place in the UK’s boardrooms.
Green Park pledges to plant a tree for every candidate placement. Partnering with UK charity Trees for Cities, Green Park aims to reduce its carbon footprint and make towns and cities greener and more resilient places for future generations.
During Mental Health Awareness Week 2020, Green Park partners with Don’t Mind Group to launch the Green Park Well-being+ app, to support employees, candidates and clients to track and improve their psychological and emotional well-being and boost happiness.
2019
Raj Tulsiani releases his first book “Diversity and Inclusion for Leaders”, to help boost leaders diversity confidence and providing insights to understand, master and action a robust diversity and inclusion strategy.
2018
A big year for Green Park winning 9 awards including Diversity & Inclusion Champion at the Recruitment International Awards, and highly commended at the Recruitment Agency of the Year at the Recruiter Awards.
2017
Green Park is awarded Platinum Status by the Institute of Interim Management representing the very best 16 recruitment firms in this market.
John Rose joins the Green Park Board as Non-Executive Director, bringing with him more than 30 years’ experience in the recruitment sector and an extensive leadership track record both in the UK and internationally. Additionally, Trevor Phillips is appointed Chairman.

Green Park launches the Leadership 10,000 insight report analysing the gender and ethnocultural diversity of UK’s leaders. The first report of its kind it paves the way for government backed reports such as the Parker Review and the Hampton Alexander. Green Park continues to release its reports annually and analyses the growth and trends since this first report.
2013
Business leader and D&I expert, Trevor Phillips OBE joins Green Park as Strategic Board Advisor. Trevor brings a breadth of strategic business leadership and a proven track record of accomplishments across multiple industries. The founding Chair of the Equality and Human Rights Commission, and the first elected Chair of the Greater London Authority, Trevor’s expertise in diversity and inclusion complements Green Park’s core business values.
2012
Kai Adams joins Green Park and launches the Charities and Social Enterprise Practice to provide tailored, market leading recruitment and consultancy services for the not for profit sector.
This year also saw the launch of the Green Park Board & Advisory Practice supporting the growth and development of senior leaders across the UK as well as a new research partnership with Henley Business School.
To recognise the amazing work being done in our communities, Green Park begins sponsoring The MJ Awards Local Authority of the year.
2011
Green Park welcomes 10 more people, totalling a team of 37 and establishes a carbon neutral initiative in partnership with C02Balance.
2009
Green Park establishes its first diversity leadership network, bringing together senior executives from minority backgrounds. Top talent brought into the Green Park team to continue diversity of thought and expertise.
2008
Demand for Green Park’s inclusive search processes and diverse networks results in rapid growth, Green Park is named UK’s 38th Fastest growing business by Business XL Magazine and further increases its talented team to 12.
2007
Achieving ISO 9001:2008 accreditation, Green Park doubles its team numbers to 8, focusing on providing high quality customer experience.
2006
Raj Tulsiani and Steve Baggi leave executive recruiter Michael Page to create their own search consultancy, recognising the industries need for more inclusive talent acquisition that offers a broader range of candidates. They call it Green Park.
At this time, their offering is primarily executive search and interim management across the public sector.
Green Park launched the Plant for Placement initiative in partnership with the Woodland Trust.
