We are looking for highly motivated, confident graduates to support our interim teams across the private sector business. Candidate care and service underpins everything that we do and a high-level of rigour, care and attention to detail is paramount. From networking, market mapping and headhunting to salary benchmarking and insight projects, the work is remarkably varied. Our projects are often complex challenges that require creative thinking, broad problem-solving skills and determination. You will therefore need to be naturally curious, detail oriented, have excellent communication skills and enjoy working at pace.
An understanding of recruitment will be beneficial but not necessary, however a strong interest in and knowledge of talent within business is paramount. The successful candidate will be well rewarded and supported with an ongoing training programme to help you develop your expertise in this area and to develop your own sector specialism.
