Green Park’s first inaugural Global Talent Conference was held 20-21 September 2023 with the objective of facilitating interesting discussions, shared learnings, and insights from a wide range of experts who operate within the talent space. We have produced a series of takaways for each session, for your convenience.
The third track of the conference explored the topic 'Is Leadership the Key to Unlocking the Diversity Dividend?'. We opened the day with a discussion exploring how you can apply learnings from outside the workplace to leadership in the workplace. Together with Reverend Chris Kennedy, pioneering minister, Rabbi Nicky Liss of Highgate Synagogue, and Mohammed Sadiq Patel, human rights lawyer and founder of the Heaven Help Us Cricket Club, Green Park’s Chief Executive Officer, Raj Tulsiani, led a discussion of tools to empower, the role of values-led leaders, and fostering unity in a professional capacity.
