The Role Of Assessment Tools

We see our Assessment tools as building blocks that enable us to design a process that delivers precisely what you require. We work closely with our clients so that we have a full and accurate understanding of their needs and can advise on the most appropriate solutions. As an independent organisation we can offer bespoke solutions, and impartial advice and as we are not tied to a specific test publisher, we have the flexibility to draw on a wide variety of measures and tools from different test publishers.

A cornerstone of our approach is to ensure that candidates have a positive experience of the Assessment process. We are aware that Assessment can be a strange and potentially unsettling prospect for some candidates, therefore we have created processes with inclusion at their core. Additionally, we endeavour to make sure that all candidates are provided with as much information as possible in advance of the Assessment, that they have a point of contact should they have any questions or concerns, and that they receive feedback that is both constructive and developmental. We treat all candidates with respect and dignity and above all fairness. If any candidates need reasonable adjustments or have special requirements, we will do our utmost to meet them.

Psychometric Executive Profiling involves the candidates completing a comprehensive Psychometric test battery prior to an in-depth combined competency-based interview and validation session with a Senior Chartered Occupational Psychologist. By using a combination of Psychometrics and a Feedback Session, we can probe the key leadership qualities of importance further together with specific competency-based questions to get as much evidence as possible to feedback to the panel before the final interviews. We also provide tailored and comprehensive Profiling Reports on each candidate as part of the process. These can be tailored to meet your requirements and can include as much detail as you require ranging from candidates’ strengths and development areas to executive summaries or written against specific competency areas.

We can also design and facilitate Staff Engagement Exercises and provide you and the candidates with detailed and constructive feedback.
