Wellbeing & Covid-19

Our employee wellbeing is of the utmost importance to us and ensuring we remain connected and take care of each other has been especially a focus throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. We therefore, offer a flexible working model that allows for remote working, while ensuring hygiene and safety for those when in the office.

In addition to having trained Mental Health First Aiders, we have teamed up with mental health professionals, Don't Mind Group, to offer our employees fortnightly wellbeing sessions with a qualified therapist. We also provide free access to mental health resources and monitoring tools through carefully selected partners, as well as running buddy schemes to help remote workers stay connected.
