Diversity In Our DNA

Championing diversity and inclusion since our inception, Green Park is changing the face of leadership by helping organisations think differently about talent in the UK’s top boardrooms.

An industry pioneer in building diverse, senior leadership teams and more equitable workplace cultures, we have mapped the diversity composition of leadership in our markets and proactively sought out relationships with leadership talent we knew others would overlook. Now, with unparalleled access to the lived experience of the widest range of leaders and change agents, the world is turning towards us.

Different by design, our internal and external workforce reflects and incorporates the talent of diverse communities, making Green Park a highly sustainable, well-networked and a more adaptable organisation. This is borne from our passion and commitment to understanding the power of collective difference to influence our communities and wider environment.

Our Diversity Difference

A passionate advocate of the power of diversity as a source of competitive advantage, we have built our organisation on the belief that diverse, complementary teams deliver the best results for everyone and are integral to meeting the demands of today’s and tomorrow’s changing marketplace.

We believe that the UK’s productivity gap can be reduced through the inclusion and engagement of all employees. Our proposition is to help build, buy and understand talent in ways that drive increased inclusion, engagement and productivity.

Operating in the unique intersection of recruitment, diversity and brand, we not only deliver diversity, but transform cultures, values and teams to make our clients relevant to wider customer groups and increase their overall global competitiveness.

Our dedicated Diversity, Inclusion, Culture & Ethics consultancy helps organisations to build knowledge, strengthen internal capabilities and lend support to develop a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.

Advocating For Diverse Talent

The influence and power of diverse & inclusive leaders is more critical now than ever to show the power of difference and value of change. We believe talent is everywhere but opportunity is not. It is our duty to widen the gap without lowering the bar.

Green Park has been responsible for advocating and championing the acceleration of high-calibre diverse leaders into some of the most senior executive and board positions. We provide clients with a broader choice of candidates and support greater and more inclusive leadership that reflects the vibrant and multi-cultural society we live in.

Engineering the future today, our aim is to build and cultivate a strong pipeline of future leaders with the diversity of thought to harness the power of collective difference and build a sustainable, fair tomorrow.

Original Data Insights

We are determined to highlight the contribution diverse leadership brings to any organisation through our unique thought leadership programme. Through our Ethnic Minority Business Leaders Index, we showcase board-ready ethnic minority leadership talent and dispel the myth that qualified diverse talent does not exist.

We are also committed to providing statistically validated data on the current state of the UK’s leadership. Producing original research, including the Colour of Power and Green Park Leadership Series, we map the gender and ethno-cultural diversity of the most senior leadership roles in the Public, Private and Third sectors.

Gaining international news and media coverage and sparking conversations across the UK, our original data insights have increased transparency and accountability across the corporate sector and contributed to Government-backed reviews and targets calling for greater representation on boards and mandatory pay gap reporting.
