We are strong believers in rigorous assessment, and utilise our own tools to provide a complete picture of a candidate as part of our initial pre-qualification process. Where necessary and appropriate, we are also comfortable using mainstream assessment tools and have several A/B Level psychometric assessors in house.
Our executive search and interim management recruitment process is fully ISO 9001:2008 accredited, meaning our clients can trust that we are undertaking our due diligence into each and every candidate we shortlist for executive roles. In addition, we have designed our own bespoke assessments in partnership with Henley Business School.
