Assignment description

This will be a key leadership assignment which encompasses everything through executive relationship management on a global basis; detailed strategy and roadmap/product development; full life-cycle product development of the end 2 end digital platform offering.

Our client a leading business to business provider is looking to hire an Interim Digital Marketing Manager for a period of 9-12 months to cover a maternity leave.

The Interim Assignment
The role will act as the strategic lead for all digital communications, including overseeing a website migration and improvement of the organisations content and email marketing. Assignment description
Due to the continued challenging environment effecting British supermarkets, our client is looking to capitalise on their position by instructing a business transformation programme covering technology and finance, with this in mind an opportunity has been created to appoint a finance transformation lead currently titled as a Group Finance Director though this may change.

This will be a newly created assignment partnering the Chief Financial Officer, supporting the day to day finance functions however predominantly focussed as the finance lead within the transformation programme. This programme currently heavily under NDA however will predominantly focus on process, performance improvement as well as substantial business streamlining.

This role will be seen as a key leadership position, reporting directly to Chief Financial Officer.

Candidate description
The successful candidate for this position must have thorough retail financial leadership experience gained within a household retail business of a similar size, ideally sitting as Chief Financial Officer or Finance Director. Green Park are involved with a global consumer business who are currently undertaking a cradle to grave ERP replacement, the programme is well established and in the final stages of global go-live, however, due to an internal re-structure we need to make adjustments to the present programme team.

Due to this re-structure there is an opportunity to appoint an Interim Change and Communication Lead to finalise the rollout and take it through training. This role will hold responsibility for delivery of training and communication for the ERP change management plan across the business, covering the Americas and European market.

Assignment description
