Reporting to the Global VP, Digital and CRM, the Global Director of Digital IT & Analytics will support the brand through accomplishing the formulation and implementation of a global digital platform, translating into a seamless brand & shopping experience; an integrated digital commercial strategy; a robust and cost effective digital consumer value proposition and an integrated digital Go-to-Market process to ensure flawless execution. You will define the strategic and tactical digital roadmap by providing technology leadership for the end-to-end digital consumer experience, partaking and contributing to all cross-channel and omni-channel initiatives. Consulting with the IT management team to ensure that all digital technologies and enhancements are in line with the enterprise architecture, you will develop a robust consumer journey, marketing analytics roadmaps and delivering actionable insights. Able to think through problem solutions, sell cooperative solution agendas and integrate internal/external efficiencies, you will have a proven track record of success with metric-driven results. Due to the expansion of their group marketing function, our client is seeking an Interim Group Marketing Director for a period of 6 months. This role will be pivotal in driving marketing change throughout the organisation, predominantly surrounding the forthcoming Autumn / Winter seasons. You will be handling execution of these seasons in addition to leading the global multi-channel marketing plan for the remainder of this calendar year. The Interim Assignment
This Interim ERP Programme Implementation Director will be pivotal in driving organisational change by implementing the new ERP system throughout the European organisation. You will have full view of the organisation and engagement with the senior leadership team, be responsible for agenda and delivery of the ERP, It will be an incredibly hands on assignment and will involve European travel. The ERP system has been decided upon however we will consider multiple ERP backgrounds to handle this programme.

Green Park is partnering a renowned fashion retailer who require assistance restructuring their internal merchandise planning, based out of London but covering EMEA.
The Interim Assignment
Our client will be appointing an Interim Merchandise Planning Director to assist with a review of the end-to-end process throughout the International Merchandise function. After completing your review of the function our client will require a full overhaul or the merchandise planning, process, procedures, gap fixing and RMS system leveraging. You will be solely responsible for this - however, you will have a team supporting you.
This is an opportunity for an established, seasoned Merchandise Planning Director within Fashion / Apparel, ideally with proven experience throughout EMEA. Regrettably we will not be processing applications without either fashion, apparel or general merchandise planning at Director level.

The Interim Assignment
The Interim Operations Director role will be pivotal in driving the retail store networks throughout the EMEA regions with responsibility of the retail operations managers and/or area managers to seek opportunities and initiatives that result in the achievement of the business plan. The role is responsible for all operational aspects of brand, marketing and visual impact across the EMEA markets. You will be handling execution of driving and delivering sales performance and profit return, You will have control over manpower performance and development whilst monitoring conditions and trends within the local market. This role will be based predominantly in Amsterdam with travel required.
This is an opportunity for an established, seasoned Interim Retail Operations Director with senior management experience with a multi-site retail fashion / general merchandise brand. You will need to have exposure of managing operations teams across a wide geographical area (at least pan-European for a brand over £150 Million t/o). You will be responsible for identifying and deliver initiatives to enhance business and increase sales and will need a track record within this previously.
