The Client
Our client a medium sized people services provider operating globally are looking to hire an interim Finance Manager for a period of 6 months.

The Interim Assignment ​
The Interim Finance Manager will be expected to ensure sound financial management, play a role in the financial US GAAP and IFRS reporting of the company to the US group and due to the fact the company is anticipating rapid growth and change in the next 12 months the role will be flexible in order to align with the requirements of the business.  Responsibilities will include preparing US GAAP papers, assist with SOX components and compliance and be the main point of contact  for the integration of new contracts.
