Furthermore, consultants at Green Park work under a system in which compensation is linked to your feedback, so that our employees share your risk.

Risk and reward Green Park is committed to demonstrating how serious we are about forming long term strategic partnerships with our clients. We do this by matching interim executives to assignments in which they can leverage their specialist skill sets and experience - and we link your fees to the interim's performance. We care about adding value to your business.

Performance Incentives Our candidates receive competitive financial rewards, but Green Park also offers strong developmental benefits. Working 100 days through Green Park allows our executives a free mentoring day with one of our Advisory Panel, or a carefully selected external mentor, to improve either an aspect of their "in assignment" performance, or to increase their competencies.

Linking our compensation to client satisfaction Long-term relationships don't happen by accident. They develop through strong performance, coupled with the learning process of shared successes. We actively promote this ethos by linking our internal compensation to the satisfaction of candidates and clients, with a third of each individual consultant's bonus linked to feedback driven measurement.

KPI Performance management When we set key performance indicators with our clients for an assignment, we make the commitment to ensure we do everything we can to make sure the candidate exceeds those expectations. Our ongoing measurement and management of our interims' defined KPIs for the duration of the assignment means our clients get a focused resource with clear objectives, and the support network and structure they need to deliver on them.

Innovative pricing We employ a robust and transparent pricing structure, highlighting our added value services. As a boutique, Green Park specialises in taking on difficult assignments where other suppliers have failed to deliver. We are interested in building ongoing strategic business relationships and can provide extra service or improved terms for preferred clients and teams.
