Immediately upon hiring an interim executive through Green Park, you receive the support of our founders, consultants, back office research team, and executive network. Within certain groups of candidates, we encourage discussion of the challenges they face on assignment in a discreet and professional manner. This means that our clients get interim executives with ready-made support networks, backed by pooled knowledge of best practice.

100 day mentoring

As part of our ongoing commitment to our network, we work with our key interims to help them achieve better results while they work with clients. For every 100 days that they work with us, we provide them with developmental mentoring at our own expense. This mentoring may be focussed on an area that needs development based on feedback from our own leadership on demand™ assessment criteria, or on a specific area in their portfolio of skills they would like to strengthen.

This approach also forms deeper relationships, and broader understanding of our candidate network. That helps us to ensure we select the best person to produce the highest yield solution for our clients.
