Assessed Talent Pool

All of our candidates for exclusive assignments will be assessed against our Leadership on Demand™ or Managing for Public Value online assessments.

These assessments have been designed to measure the characteristics and preferred behavioural traits of successful interim managers. They measure how interims add value in organisations and leave the permanent staff they interacted with as appreciating assets.

We believe that relevant assessment is an increasingly valuable tool to enhance selection AND performance of external resources. Often an individual's skills and experiences may be perfectly selected but working style or values may be out of line with what that team or project requires.

Leadership on Demand™

Measures suitability for interim work, mostly in relation to effectiveness in creating a tangible impact during the first 15 days of the assignment and the ability to transfer knowledge to permanent staff throughout the life of the assignment.

Managing for public value

This assessment builds on the OGC competency framework by adding behavioural selection criteria around impact and adding value via knowledge transfer and improving service levels.

Bespoke assessment

Included in our bundle of services for exclusive assignments is our bespoke assessment product which has enabled us to add value utilising 'rapid online' where clients can prioritise what they feel are the most relevant characteristics from list of 46 competencies in 9 broad behavioural families.

This is useful in longer term assignments where the client requires a close cultural fit to their existing frameworks or where a project team can be more efficiently led with a complementary understanding of existing styles and competencies.

It's also tremendously useful for benchmarking shortlists against internal candidates or those from external networks.
