A large Foundation Trust Based in Central London has an urgent requirement for an experienced Clinical Nurse Lead within it's Medicine Directorate following a re-structuring exercise.

Role Overview:
Responsible for the strategic direction and general management of the emergency care divisions
Lead the clinical governance agenda, working closely with the Clinical Directors and other General Managers
Provide leadership to the nursing staff within the directorate, including Matrons
Supporting the recruitment and retention strategy for the directorate, with the support of HR
Develop and implement a strategy to improve discharge processes and flows
Requirements:
Extensive experience of leading nursing staff within a large acute hospital
Experience of developing systems and processes to improve care pathways
Used to operating within an environment facing organisational change
Outstanding leadership skills
