HR Business Process Consultant
Our client, a global energy company, requires a Business Process Consultant to work on an HR Programme to optimise resourcing processes and systems across the UK and US

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Working with subject matter experts and application functional experts to define and support the implementation of and enhancements to the global resourcing process.
- Support and design of detailed global processes for resourcing
- Definition of related reporting and compliance
- Working with applications consultants to agree functional design
- Test Conceptual designs and new functionality within the Talent Acquisition Solution.
- Develop Test scripts for testing team to run during integration and system testing
- Design and facilitate regional requirement process validation meetings and user acceptance testing domain.
- Ensure processes fit with wider HR Existing and future processes
- Participate in implementation of new processes,identifying and resolving issues as required.
The ideal candidate will have:
Senior business process experience working on at least 2 projects previously
Business process consulting experience
HR process experience
Experience of process design related to implementing packaged software - desirable
Excellent at analysing complex processes and developing global solutions
Good Excel, Powerpoint and business process mapping tool skills.
