Role Title: Interim HR Programme Manager (Payroll)

T/o + 1 Billion, 400+ stores, head count + 1000.
Background of assignment
Following a recent finance transformation, Green Park are assisting with extracting payroll from the previous finance remit and embedding it within HR.
With this in mind we require an established, technical HR Programme Manager fluent in HR and Payroll services to establish if the current set up, systems and processes are effective now and more importantly fit for the future.
The HR Programme Manager will review, assess and present recommendations to the exec co, once sign off has been achieved you will then implement and executive the recommendations leading to a step change in the future performance.
You will need to be an established technical HR Operations and Payroll Services expert with previous experience of peer project, programme within an Oracle environment to be considered for this assignment. Ideally this will be within a consumer or high street retail environment.
