When should you call us?

1. Replacing Management Consultancy. If you want to maintain headcount and capacity to deliver on change programs and projects and also want to save cost, then think interim recruitment and hire an interim with relevant domain skills for a lot less than you spend with the large management consultancies.

 

2. Interim cover of critical line function. The search is under way, it takes three months minimum, and another three months elapses for notice period and all this before ‘Day 1’.
