Commercial Finance Manager - Bids & Tenders

£70k - £75k Basic Salary

Our Client, a Multi-Billion T/O Global Outsourcing Provider is looking to recruit a new Commercial Finance Manager - Bids and Tenders into their Finance Team.

Key Duties:

-Heading up the UK Bids and Tenders Team.
-Leading the end-to-end process of creating and presenting New Bids and Renewal Bids.
-Deputise for the Commercial Finance Director when required
-Managing a Team of 3 Pricing Analysts (Accountants and Surveyors) across multiple sites.
-Review, Assist and Guide the Analysts with their Bid Proposals
-Take personal, hands-on ownership for the larger and more complex Bids, this will include:
# Review of all supporting documentation
# Challenge estimated pricing and costs e.g. Quantify the true efficiency percentages and identify potential cost savings
# Create & write bid pricing models from scratch (Macro Level, Ideally VBA Excel Skills)
# Calculate Risks and Assumptions
# Follow Company Procedure when engineering the bid

This role would suit a Qualified Accountant, who is currently operating in the Outsourcing Space, with specific experience of writing and presenting a Bid/Tender. You will need to be flexible on location, ideally based in North London/Prepared to Travel but off-set by 2days working from home.

-Good Academics
-Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA)
-Have managed at least 1 person or more
-Has existing experience of creating Bid Models
-Has existing Outsourcing Experience
-Macro Level Excel, Ideally VBA
-Flexible on location
