Green Park has developed a number of psychometric assessments in partnership with behavioural psychologists which aim to identify the capabilities and leadership styles of our candidates.  This assists us, in addition to our face to face interviews and reference checks, to identify which candidates are the right fit for a role.  We have developed three assessments which include Leadership on Demand™, Managing for Public Value™ and the Henley Change Management Framework™.

Leadership on Demand™

This assessment is based on the competencies and capabilities that will drive results in a commercial environment.  It has been created to accurately access a candidates’ leadership skills against a framework of six core competencies measuring:

  • Making it happen
  • People Acumen

This assessment augments our selection process and helps to match our interims to the right assignments - thereby helping them to hit their key performance indicators.

Managing For Public Value™

Designed specifically for the challenges and demands found within the organisational structures within Public Sector, which measures:

  • People Management
  • Programme and Project Mgmt
  • Strategic Thinking
  • Communications & Marketing

This assessment highlights a candidate’s ability to deliver results within a complex and highly scrutinised environment.

Henley Change Management Framework™

Developed in Partnership with Henley Business School and Criterion Partnership, the Henley Change Management Framework™ explores capabilities and behaviours that determine high performance in fast paced and changing organisations.  The assessment measures:

  •  Judgement
  • Tolerance of Ambiguity
  •  Flexibility
  • Pragmatic Commercialisation

This framework allows us to assess how a candidate’s business leadership skills  connect with their preferred commercial and cultural way of working.
