Consultants

Our entry-level position requires around 10 years of executive recruitment experience in a relevant market place. Individuals who may be suitable for this role are probably already the best 'recruitment people' in their organisation, but yearn for an opportunity to add more value in their clients and candidate relationships. They probably also require a more adult, enjoyable environment where they can learn from those around them at the same time as demonstrating their existing skills. Green Park's rewards are superior - from financial and developmental perspectives.

Our compensation scheme is linked to candidate and client satisfaction so this role is only really suitable for those who are confident in their ability to deliver. Green Park values individuals who have enough determination and a commitment to long-term personal success. Each Consultant will receive a target for promotion to Associate Partner within the first 12 months dependent on performance.

Associate Partners

With a minimum of 10 years of experience in executive resourcing, you will focus on growing our reputation, market share and network in a specialist sector. As this position qualifies for share options, we only consider those with a solid track record of achievement and deep, demonstrable sector knowledge.

Green Park is interested in candidates who wish to drive innovation and effectiveness in client service, with a desire to improve their own knowledge and skill sets in a highly professional, supportive environment. This level is a stepping-stone toward partner status. Each associate partner will receive a road map for promotion to Partner within the first 18 months of employment, dependent on performance.

Partners

Partner level candidates need to demonstrate a market leading reputation, and execution of executive interim solutions for a minimum of 10 years. Candidates will have a passion for client satisfaction and for developing profitable, sustainable relationships.

Candidates must also exhibit commitment to building teams, helping team members improve their skills to the full level of their potential. Partners have control over team P/L, bonus pool and annual share option allocation. Partner level is only suitable for genuine business-minded candidates who are conscientious, committed and convincing.
