Why Green Park?
“I wanted to get involved with Green Park for two reasons. Firstly, I have known Steve for many years and really believe that he and Raj can build a very entrepreneurial, fun and successful business – and if I can help them in the process from my own experiences it will be very rewarding.
Secondly, there are lots of newly appointed executives who will face all kinds of unknown challenges that to them will seem very daunting. During my career I’ve been through a lot – great successes and also difficult challenges. Hopefully by being available for them to consult with I can make those daunting challenges a little less frightening”
George Wilson

Why Green Park?
"The Green Park team are experts in ‘resourcing for change’ and as such their approach has a great deal of resonance with the business improvement work we do. I was immediately impressed with Green Park’s willingness to challenge the accepted norms of the resourcing industry and build a proposition that actually delivers on its promises. I am delighted to sit on the Advisory Panel."

Why Green Park?
“Green Park, I believe, has the potential to become the UK's leading interim specialist. The track record, drive and talent of the business founders impress me. These qualities in my experience are core to any entrepreneurial enterprise. In my capacity as a member of the advisory team I bring 20 years of small business experience in 2 sectors. In both of my start-up operations I have experienced the growing pains associated with the founding of new business. I intend to assist Green Park by bringing these experiences to bear thereby enabling the business to expand quickly, securely and profitably."

Why Green Park?
“I was delighted to be involved with Green Park. I have for some time been aware of the great opportunity that exists for a really focused and first class interim management and executive resourcing service. While the market is large, it is very fragmented across either very small players or minor subsidiaries of large generalist recruitment companies. Green Park is dedicated and passionate about delivering top quality performance and I am convinced the company will enjoy both fast growth and high productivity.”
Richard Finn
Richard Finn is an executive consultant, working at the highest levels in organisations for more than 20 years. He advises multi-national organisations and some UK public sector executives on major change programmes and HR function transformation.

Richard is well known as a board level strategist, with good influencing and facilitation skills. He also coaches a few senior executives and offers pro-bono services to a number of Third Sector organisations.
Why Green Park?
"The Interim Manager market is becoming very busy. Most providers offer vanilla "body-shop" services, often sourcing relatively inexperienced managers from a data-base.
Green Park differentiates itself by interrogating the client to understand their specific needs, and then searching for appropriate candidates. The process is much closer to that used by Head-hunters, and as a result has a much greater chance of delivering real value to the client organisation."
