Nina’s early career was spent in Retail Banking, going from new entrant to Senior Management position in record time. Using her ‘coal face’ experience and absolute belief in customer service, she quickly became a key member of the Change Management team within the Head Office environment. A role as a freelance Management Consultant specialising in the Service:Profit Cycle followed, providing exposure to various industry sectors.
Nina then co-founded a recruitment agency which specialised in change management, focussing specifically on the financial services & utilities sectors. Approaching recruitment from a business-led angle has always set Nina apart from the usual ‘agency’ approach, and she benefits from an ability to listen to her clients & candidates alike in order to work with their aspirations.
Having had experience as a client, a candidate and a business owner, Nina is ideally placed to lead the presence of Green Park in the North of England across the Commerce & Industry sector.
